Cancellations & Refunds



  • Do you offer full refunds in case of cancellation?

    Yes, full refunds are provided for timely cancellations as per our policy.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    For Day Trips & Excursions:

    • Cancel up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund.

    For Multi-Day Tours:

    • Cancel up to 7 days in advance for a full (100%) refund.
    • Cancel up to 3 days in advance for a 75% refund.
    • Cancel up to 24 hours in advance for a 50% refund. 


    For Wild Life Safari:

    • Once a Safari ticket is booked (like Jhalana Leopard Safari/Amagarh Leopard Safari/ Ranthambore Tiger Safari) and confirmed, no refunds or cancellations are allowed, Additionally, safari tickets are non-transferable.


  • Can I reschedule my tour after booking?

    Yes, rescheduling is possible depending on availability.
