Cancellation & Refund Policy

There are different cancellation policies, depending on the specific tour or activity you choose.

Please be sure to verify which one is applicable to your chosen experience prior to confirming your booking. 

  For Day Trips & Excursions:

• Cancel up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund.

  For Multi-Day Tours:

• Cancel up to 7 days in advance for a full (100%) refund.
• Cancel up to 3 days in advance for a 75% refund.
• Cancel up to 24 hours in advance for a 50% refund. 

  For Wild Life Safari:

• Once a Safari ticket is booked (like Jhalana Leopard Safari/Amagarh Leopard Safari/ Ranthambore Tiger Safari) and confirmed, no refunds or cancellations are allowed, Additionally, safari tickets are non-transferable.
